1. What is My TAUZIA Privilege program?
My TAUZIA Privilege is the loyalty program of TAUZIA Hotels, offering members of this program exclusive benefits and TAUZIA Points at our participating hotels. For more information or to join the program or see the general terms and conditions, please visit: www.tauziahotels.com
          
2. How do I become member of My TAUZIA Privilege?
You can sign up on our website at www.tauziahotels.com or by confirming an invitation you will receive after staying in one of our hotels.
 
3. Does it cost anything to join My TAUZIA Privilege?
No, you can join the program for FREE.
 
4. How long is the application process?
After you have signed up for My TAUZIA Privilege you will instantly receive a confirmation email with your Login ID.
 
5. How many levels of membership does My TAUZIA Privilege have?
My TAUZIA Privilege has 3 membership status levels: Simple, Friendly and Unique. With each level member benefits become better and better.
 
6. What is the validity period of membership?
Membership is valid for 24 months from the date of enrollment and is automatically extended when you stay in any of our participating hotels within that period.
 
7. Will I receive my membership card after I enroll?
You will receive a digital membership card. A physical card is only available for members who have reached Unique membership status.   
 
8. What are the different membership status levels in My TAUZIA Privilege and how do I reach them?

See below membership status levels:
  •    Simple : For all newly enrolled members; no minimum number of TAUZIA Points required.
  •    Friendly : Will be awarded for members when they have earned 10,000 TAUZIA POINTS, within a year membership.
  •    Unique : Will be awarded for members when they have earned 25,000 TAUZIA POINTS, within a year membership.

As soon as you have reached a new membership status level a new period of 12 months starts in which the earned amount of TAUZIA Points will determine the (new) membership status level for the next 12 months.
 
9. How many TAUZIA Points do I earn when I stay at a participating TAUZIA Hotel?
You will earn 1 TAUZIA Point for every IDR 1,000 you spend in our hotels (on the room rate).
 
10. Can I earn TAUZIA Points for more than 1 room per stay?
You earn TAUZIA Points for all rooms you have booked in a single reservation at qualifying rates, as long as you stay yourself in one of the rooms and pay for all rooms booked. For rooms not paid by you no TAUZIA Points are earned. 
 
11. How long does it take for the TAUZIA Points to be credited to my account?
TAUZIA Points will be credited to your account 2 days after your check-out date. If your have not been credited after that time, please send us details about your stay or transaction by signing in to your account and using the contact form in the "Contact us" section.
 
12. How long are my TAUZIA Points valid for?
TAUZIA Points will be valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date you earned the points.
 
13. How do I check my TAUZIA Points balance, transactions and redemption?
You can find all your TAUZIA Points details when you log in to My TAUZIA Privilege website at www.tauziahotels.com
 
14. Are my TAUZIA Points transferable or exchangeable for cash?
TAUZIA Points are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
 
15. What if I can’t remember my password or login ID?
To reset your password, click on the ‘Forgot your Password’ below your Member login section. For Login ID, simply send us an email at www.tauziahotels.com with your name, address and email address for us to assist further.
